Dividend Recommendation and Shareholder Value
A significant outcome of the board meeting was the recommendation of a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (representing 20% of the face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Profit Before Tax for the standalone segment was ₹2,851 lakhs. Consolidated revenue for the quarter reached ₹12,791 lakhs, with Profit Before Tax at ₹2,802 lakhs. The company also reported a profit attributable to owners of the company of ₹2,122 lakhs in the consolidated results.
