P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited has officially announced the conclusion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue. The company’s Executive Committee, in a meeting held on August 03, 2026, approved the closure of the issue period for the QIP on the same day. This decision follows the successful receipt of application forms for an aggregate of 1,14,94,252 fully paid-up Equity Shares.

Issue Price Determination

The Executive Committee also determined and approved the issue price for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). The price has been fixed at ₹609.00 per Equity Share. This figure includes a premium of ₹599.00 per Equity Share and factors in a discount of ₹31.69 per Equity Share on the floor price of ₹640.69 per Equity Share, representing 4.95% of the floor price. This pricing is in accordance with the prevailing regulatory guidelines.

Further Approvals and Documentation

In addition to the pricing and closure, the committee approved and finalized the confirmation of allocation notes to be dispatched to the eligible QIBs. Furthermore, the placement document dated August 03, 2026, pertaining to the QIP, was approved and adopted. A copy of this placement document is accessible on the company’s investor relations website.

The Executive Committee meeting commenced at 11:10 P.M. and concluded at 11:30 P.M. on August 03, 2026.
