Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced a change in its leadership team. Ms. Maithreyi Jagannathan will step down as Category Leader, Health Care, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Tushar Gupta will assume the role of Category Leader- Health Care starting January 1, 2026. The company expressed gratitude to Ms. Jagannathan for her contributions.

Effective January 1, 2026, Mr. Tushar Gupta will take over as the new Category Leader for the Health Care division.

Mr. Tushar Gupta, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and an engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, began his P&G career in India as a Brand Manager for Vicks. He was instrumental in enhancing brand building and driving business results. He later moved to Singapore, leading design for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently, he is a Senior Director leading brand design and communication for Vicks and Zzzquil in the APAC region. With expertise in healthcare brands, he has shaped communication strategies, media investments, and innovation initiatives, achieving successful launches through consumer insights. He is focused on strengthening business superiority, enhancing packaging, digital assets, and media quality, and balancing business growth with well-being.
