This expanded guarantee is intended to secure credit facilities that OEL has availed or will avail from Indusind Bank Limited. The total credit facilities secured by this guarantee amount to ₹100 crore.

Subsidiary and Promoter Interest

Optiemus Electronics Limited is identified as the subsidiary for which the guarantee is being provided. The announcement explicitly states that the promoter/promoter group of Optiemus Infracom does not have any direct interest in this specific transaction. The guarantee will be provided on an arm’s length basis, ensuring fair market terms.
