Optiemus Infracom: Approves Allotment of 1,67,250 Equity Shares

Optiemus Infracom Limited has announced the outcome of its Preferential Allotment Committee meeting held on August 11, 2026. The committee approved the allotment of 1,67,250 equity shares, valued at Rs. 10 each, to ‘Non-Promoter’ category allottees. This allotment is a conversion of Fully Convertible Warrants issued on February 08, 2025. The company’s paid-up equity share capital has consequently increased.

Preferential Allotment Approved

Optiemus Infracom Limited has finalized the approval for a preferential allotment of 1,67,250 equity shares. This decision was made during the meeting of the Preferential Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The shares are being allotted pursuant to the conversion of 1,67,250 Fully Convertible Warrants, which were originally issued on February 08, 2025, at an issue price of Rs. 672.25 per warrant.

Allottees and Capital Increase

The allottees belong to the “Non-Promoter” category, and the allotment is being made on a private placement basis. The total value aggregated from these warrants amounts to Rs. 11,24,33,812.50. The specific allottees and the number of equity shares allotted to each are detailed as follows:

  • Jalan Chemical Industries Private Limited: 1,20,000 Equity Shares
  • Nikhil Kedarnath Chandak: 7,250 Equity Shares
  • Veetragi Infratech Private Limited: 40,000 Equity Shares

As a result of this allotment, the company’s Paid-up Equity Share Capital has increased to Rs. 90,16,64,500. This capital is now divided into 9,01,66,450 Equity Shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10.
