Auditor Resignation Announced

Olatech Solutions Limited has formally informed the BSE SME Platform of the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. Sachin & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The resignation is effective from September 3, 2026. This development was communicated via a letter from the auditor dated September 3, 2026.

Reasons for Resignation

According to the auditor’s letter, the resignation is due to ‘certain professional and practical considerations’ that, in their assessment, may affect their ability to continue discharging their responsibilities effectively. Specifically, the decision stems from being ‘pre-occupied with other professional assignments and commitments,’ which may impact their ability to dedicate the requisite time and attention to the engagement and ensure timely execution.

Company’s Stance and Next Steps

Olatech Solutions Limited has clarified that there are neither any concerns raised by the resigning auditor with respect to the management of the Company nor is there a material reason for the resignation. Consequently, no deliberation by the Audit Committee is deemed necessary, and its view disclosure is not applicable. The Audit Committee and the Board will consider the appointment of new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy in due course. The company has confirmed that the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, has been completed, and the audit report was issued on May 15, 2026.

The company has enclosed additional details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in Annexure-I.
