At its board meeting held on August 7, 2026, the company’s Board of Directors considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results. Additionally, the appointment of TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27 was approved, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The total revenue from operations for the group stood at ₹455 crore.

Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹620 crore, leading to a loss before finance costs, depreciation, amortization, and tax of ₹136 crore. After accounting for finance costs and depreciation, the loss before tax increased to ₹336 crore. The total comprehensive loss for the period attributable to owners of the company was also ₹336 crore.
