NCSL filed an appeal with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, which was subsequently admitted. In a similar matter involving Vrise Securities Private Limited, NCSL also filed an appeal which was tagged with the primary case.

The Supreme Court, in its judgment dated September 2, 2026, allowed the appeals filed by NCSL. Consequently, the previously impugned orders and the directions issued against NCSL have been set aside.
