Nuvama Wealth Management: Board Approves Q2 2026 Results, Re-appoints Directors

Nuvama Wealth Management’s Board of Directors has approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also re-appointed Mr. Birendra Kumar and Ms. Anisha Motwani as Independent Directors for a second term. Key strategic decisions included approval for raising funds up to ₹500 Crores via Non-convertible Debentures and the acquisition of an additional 26% stake in Pickright Technologies Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Nuvama Wealth Management Reports Q2 2026 Financials and Strategic Updates

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited announced today the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on July 30, 2026. The board considered and approved the unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Key Approvals and Re-appointments

In addition to the financial results, the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Birendra Kumar (DIN: 00163054) as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the Company for a second term of 3 years, effective July 22, 2027. Similarly, Ms. Anisha Motwani (DIN: 06943493) was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of 3 years, also effective July 22, 2027. Both re-appointments are subject to the approval of the Company’s Members.

Fundraising and Strategic Acquisitions

The Board also passed an enabling annual resolution for raising funds by way of issuance of Non-convertible Debentures for an amount not exceeding ₹500 Crores, in one or more tranches, on a private placement basis, subject to member approval. Further, the company approved the acquisition of an additional equity stake of 26% in Pickright Technologies Private Limited (‘Pickright’). Post-acquisition, Pickright will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuvama Wealth Management.

Additionally, an investment of an amount not exceeding ₹100 Crores will be made in one or more tranches through the subscription of equity shares of Nuvama Asset Management Limited (“NAML”), a wholly owned subsidiary.

Financial Highlights (Consolidated)

The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show a Total Income of ₹1,381.96 Crores and a Net Profit attributable to owners of the Company of ₹305.79 Crores. Total Comprehensive Income attributable to owners stood at ₹305.78 Crores.

Standalone Financial Performance

On a standalone basis, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company reported Total Income of ₹430.87 Crores and a Net Profit for the period of ₹254.70 Crores. Total Comprehensive Income for the period was ₹255.05 Crores.
