NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced its audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a standalone net profit of ₹405.97 crore, while its consolidated net profit stood at ₹521.35 crore for the year. Alongside the financial performance, the board has approved a fundraising plan of up to ₹5,000 crore for FY 2026-27 and initiated a new joint venture with CtrlS Datacenters for renewable energy development.

For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, NTPC Green Energy Limited reported strong operational performance. On a standalone basis, the company achieved a total income of ₹2,143.58 crore with a net profit of ₹405.97 crore. The consolidated financial results, which account for various subsidiary and joint venture entities, reported a total income of ₹3,035.12 crore and a net profit attributable to the owners of the company of ₹522.60 crore.
Strategic Capital and Growth Initiatives
Reflecting a robust growth strategy, the Board of Directors has authorized a fundraising plan of up to ₹5,000 crore for the upcoming 2026-27 financial year. These funds will be mobilized through the issuance of various debt instruments, including secured and unsecured debentures, to support the company’s capital expenditure and refinancing requirements.
Expansion into Green Datacenter Projects
In a significant move to diversify its project portfolio, the company has approved the incorporation of a new Joint Venture with CtrlS Datacenters Limited. This partnership is specifically focused on the development of renewable energy projects, aimed at meeting the specialized energy needs of the digital infrastructure sector.
