Five Units Now Operational
With the commissioning of Unit #5, a total of five units – Unit #1, Unit #2, Unit #3, Unit #4, and Unit #5 – of the Subansiri Lower HE Project have now achieved their Commercial Operation Dates. These units collectively represent a substantial portion of the project’s total installed capacity. NHPC has stated that the CoD for the remaining units will be communicated in due course.
