Netweb Technologies: Raises ₹1,200 Crore Via QIP

Netweb Technologies India Limited announced the successful completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising approximately ₹1,200 crore. The funds will be utilized for working capital requirements, supporting anticipated growth, and general corporate purposes. The QIP saw strong participation from global and domestic institutional investors, marking the company’s first equity capital raise since its listing in July 2023.

Netweb Technologies India Limited, a leading OEM of High-end Computing Solutions (HCS), has successfully concluded its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), securing an aggregate of approximately ₹1,200 crore. This significant fundraising initiative was approved by the Fund-Raising Committee of the Board of Directors on August 20, 2026.

First Equity Raise Post-Listing

This QIP represents Netweb Technologies’ inaugural equity capital raise since its listing on the NSE and BSE in July 2023. The placement garnered substantial interest and a strong response from both global and domestic institutional investors. Notable participants included marquee investors such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Nomura Asset Management, and ICICI Prudential MF, underscoring their confidence in Netweb’s business and India’s burgeoning high-performance computing and AI ecosystem.

Share Allotment and Use of Proceeds

As part of the QIP, the company allotted 2,505,219 equity shares of face value ₹2 each at an issue price of ₹4,790.00 per equity share. The net proceeds from this QIP are intended to be utilized for funding working capital requirements, thereby supporting the execution of its growth in the order book, and for general corporate purposes, aligning with the objectives outlined in the Placement Document.
