For the financial year 2025-26, NCC Limited achieved a consolidated turnover of ₹20,944.40 crore. The company reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of ₹675.32 crore. On a standalone basis, the company recorded a turnover of ₹17,669.28 crore with a net profit of ₹576.76 crore for the same period. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share (110% of the face value of ₹2) for the 2025-26 fiscal year, subject to shareholder approval.
Robust Order Book
Growth momentum remains strong as the company secured fresh orders worth ₹31,884 crore during the year. As of March 31, 2026, the total order book stands at ₹83,004 crore on a consolidated basis, providing the organization with substantial revenue visibility for the upcoming years.
Strategic Leadership Changes
The company announced several significant leadership updates to strengthen its governance and management structure. Sri Rajender Mohan Malla has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board, effective May 24, 2026. Additionally, the company has reappointed Sri A V N Raju as a Whole-time Director for a five-year term ending May 29, 2031. Further appointments include Smt. Kauslya Bhupathi Raju as Director (Commercial) effective September 1, 2026, and Sri A Karthik as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Segment Performance
The construction segment remains the primary driver of revenue, contributing ₹20,558.84 crore to the annual gross segment revenue. The real estate division contributed ₹264.16 crore. The company continues to maintain a diversified presence in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including high-growth areas like power distribution and smart meter implementation.
