NCC Limited Robust Performance with ₹20,823 Crore Consolidated Revenue for FY26

NCC Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated annual revenue of ₹20,823 crore. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share (110%) for the financial year 2025-26. Furthermore, the company reported a massive order book of ₹83,004 crore on a consolidated basis, signaling strong future growth and project execution capabilities.

Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, NCC Limited reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹20,823 crore. The company maintained steady operational metrics, with a consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of ₹675.32 crore. On a standalone basis, the company achieved annual revenue of ₹17,463.49 crore with a net profit of ₹576.76 crore. The results highlight the company’s resilience despite significant labor code implementation expenses and impairments during the year.

Strategic Order Book Growth

The company demonstrated strong business development throughout the fiscal year, securing new orders worth ₹31,884 crore. As of March 31, 2026, the order book remains exceptionally healthy, standing at ₹83,004 crore on a consolidated basis and ₹72,259 crore on a standalone basis, providing a strong foundation for future revenue streams.

Dividend and Governance Updates

Recognizing the value delivered to shareholders, the Board has recommended a dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share (110% of face value) for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The record date for this dividend payout is fixed for Friday, August 14, 2026, with the 36th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026.

The company also announced key leadership changes to strengthen its management structure. Sri Rajender Mohan Malla has been elected as the Chairman of the Board effective May 24, 2026. Additionally, the company has appointed Smt. Kauslya Bhupathi Raju as Director (Commercial) and Sri A. Karthik as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
