Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi Project
NBCC has secured a project management consultancy service contract for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The project involves planning, design, and development for the construction of academic blocks, 2 & 3 BHK housing, a student activity center (including sports complex), and other related works. The approximate value of this project is ₹332.99 Cr (excluding GST).
Kandla SEZ Annual Maintenance Contract
The company has also been awarded a day-to-day annual maintenance work contract with manpower and material for Kandla SEZ. This includes housekeeping, horticulture, electrical, plumbing, carpentry & civil works, dish antenna, ACs, mosquito management, CCTV camera and networking system, hygiene solutions, lift, solar system, diesel generator, fire fighting vehicles etc., for the period 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. The approximate value of this contract is ₹12.05 Cr (excluding GST).
