NBCC (India): Receives ₹144.98 Crore in New Work Orders

NBCC (India) Limited has announced the receipt of several new work orders, collectively valued at approximately ₹144.98 crore. These orders, secured in the ordinary course of business, span project management consultancy and construction services for various government and public sector entities. The awarded projects include development at NEEPCO, maintenance and upgrade works at Bokaro Steel City, and construction at the Directorate of Enforcement and Damodar Valley Corporation.

NBCC (India) Secures Significant Work Orders Totaling ₹144.98 Crore

NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has officially announced the acquisition of multiple new work orders through its regular business operations. The total value of these newly awarded contracts amounts to approximately ₹144.98 crore, reinforcing the company’s robust project pipeline and execution capabilities.

Key Project Highlights:

  • Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for NEEPCO Township: Services for the development of a township project on a 21.66-acre plot acquired by NEEPCO in Shillong, Meghalaya. The approximate value for this component is ₹11.21 crore.
  • Bokaro Steel City Projects: NBCC has been awarded contracts for the comprehensive upgradation and repair of 500 residential quarters (₹9.05 crore) and the external repair and painting of 654 building blocks (₹55.91 crore) within the Bokaro Steel City Township, Jharkhand. Additionally, construction of two EOT crane-equipped sheds (25 Tons- Revised) in the General Stores Area of MM-stores Department at Bokaro Steel Plant, Jharkhand, valued at ₹23.48 crore each, have also been secured.
  • Directorate of Enforcement Office Renovation: Works include interior renovation and furnishing at the new office premises of the Directorate of Enforcement, Bhubaneshwar Zonal Office, valued at ₹5.86 crore.
  • Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) Construction: The company will undertake the construction of an Officer’s Dormitory Building at Mayabazar, DTPS, Durgapur, for an approximate value of ₹15.99 crore.

These new orders underscore NBCC’s diverse service offerings across project management, consultancy, and construction, catering to the infrastructure and development needs of various prominent public sector organizations. The projects are expected to contribute positively to the company’s revenue and order book for the current fiscal year.
