Financial Performance Overview

The financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show a consolidated profit after tax of ₹2,825 Crores, marking a 43% YoY increase. Standalone profit after tax stood at ₹2,550 Crores, up by 25% YoY. Consolidated Loan Assets Under Management reached ₹1,91,532 Crores, reflecting a 43% YoY growth, while standalone loan assets grew to ₹1,72,053 Crores, also up 43% YoY.

Subsidiary Performance

Muthoot Homefin (India) Ltd. reported a 13% YoY growth in Loan AUM to ₹3,496 Crores and a 114% YoY increase in Profit After Tax to ₹4 Crores. Belstar Microfinance Limited saw a 2% YoY growth in Loan AUM to ₹7,842 Crores and achieved a profit of ₹66 Crores, a turnaround from the previous year’s loss.
