MTAR Technologies Records Strong Annual Revenue and Profit Growth for FY26

MTAR Technologies has delivered a robust financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a 29.6% increase in annual revenue to Rs. 876.2 Cr, alongside a significant 76.2% jump in Profit After Tax to Rs. 94.0 Cr. Driven by strong order inflows and execution capabilities, management remains optimistic about sustaining growth momentum through expanded capacities and a favorable product mix in the coming years.

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Highlights

For the full financial year 2026, MTAR Technologies achieved notable growth across all key performance metrics. Revenue from operations reached Rs. 876.2 Cr, marking a 29.6% year-on-year increase compared to the previous fiscal year. Profitability also saw a substantial rise, with Profit After Tax growing by 76.2% to reach Rs. 94.0 Cr, while EBITDA stood at Rs. 171.2 Cr, reflecting a 41.7% growth.

Strong Performance in Q4

The final quarter of the fiscal year showed exceptional strength. Revenue for Q4 FY26 rose by 67.2% year-on-year to Rs. 306.1 Cr. Profit After Tax for the quarter surged by 222.3%, reaching Rs. 44.3 Cr compared to Rs. 13.7 Cr in the same period last year. This performance highlights the company’s scaling operations in the clean energy, aerospace, and defense sectors.

Future Outlook and Strategy

Managing Director Mr. Parvat Srinivas Reddy noted that the company achieved its highest-ever inflow of orders during the year. Looking ahead to FY27, the company expects continued strong order intake across its key verticals. MTAR is focused on leveraging its expanded manufacturing capacities and optimizing its product mix toward higher-volume production, which is expected to drive sequential margin improvements in the upcoming quarters.
