MRF Limited Strong Financial Growth and Final Dividend Recommendation

MRF Limited has reported robust financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2026, with standalone revenue of ₹30,652.08 crore and net profit of ₹2,355.40 crore. Reflecting this growth, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share, bringing the total dividend for the financial year to ₹235 per share. The company also announced key leadership changes, appointing Mr. Thulsidass T V as the new Company Secretary.

Annual Financial Highlights

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved a standalone revenue of ₹30,652.08 crore, compared to ₹27,665.22 crore in the previous year. The standalone net profit also saw a significant increase, reaching ₹2,355.40 crore, up from ₹1,822.55 crore in the previous fiscal year. On a consolidated basis, the group reported an annual revenue of ₹31,149.01 crore and a net profit of ₹2,426.10 crore.

Dividend Payout

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share (representing a 2,290% payout) on equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Combined with the two interim dividends of ₹3 each already paid, the total dividend for the year stands at ₹235 per share, translating to a total payout of 2,350% for the financial year 2025-26.

Leadership Transition

The company announced the resignation of Mr. S. Dhanvanth Kumar, who served as Company Secretary, due to health reasons, effective May 7, 2026. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Thulsidass T V as the new Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary. Mr. Thulsidass T V brings over 25 years of professional experience in legal, secretarial, and compliance functions to the role.

Strategic Re-appointments

As part of its governance, the company has also re-appointed Messrs. M M NISSIM & CO LLP as the Joint Statutory Auditors for a consecutive term of five years. This re-appointment will span from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting until the end of the 70th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval from shareholders.
