Mphasis is collaborating with startups through its Sparkle Innovation Program, enhancing its Al-led, platform-driven technology solutions. The program aims to rapidly co-innovate and scale transformative solutions for enterprise clients. A key focus is on working with startups and academic institutions to deliver cutting-edge innovation.
InnoTrek Partnership
Mphasis has partnered with Nasscom’s InnoTrek participants, specifically US-based startups. This collaboration includes mentorship, enterprise solution guidance, and customer access. In the 2025 edition, Mphasis partnered with five startups: Edgeable Al, Perpetuuiti Technosoft, QuoQo and SuperBryn Al. These partnerships will refine startup offerings and connect them with enterprise clients worldwide.

The collaboration will focus on creating enterprise-grade solutions through technical mentorship and refined go-to-market strategies. Key areas include Edge AI, IT resilience and automation powered by Al, Al-led contract management, and voice-based Al operations.
