Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000, aggregating to a total issuance of ₹79 Crore. The total value of this NCD issuance amounts to ₹79 Crore.

Key Details of the NCD Issuance

Each of the 7,900 NCDs carries a face value of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only), contributing to the aggregate amount of ₹79 Crore (Rupees Seventy Nine Crore Only). These Senior Bonds are structured as Non-Convertible Debentures and are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The tenure of these instruments is set at 5 Years, with an allotment date of September 16, 2026, and a maturity date of September 16, 2031.

The NCDs are secured by a first-ranking, pari passu charge by way of hypothecation over all present and future receivables of the Company. This security arrangement is further detailed in the Debenture Trust Deed. The cash flows illustrate an initial allotment of ₹1,00,000 per debenture on September 16, 2026, followed by annual coupon payments of ₹8,700 for five years, and a final principal redemption of ₹1,00,000 on September 16, 2031.
