The acquisition of 19,00,000 equity shares was a consequence of exercising the right to convert warrants issued by the company on a preferential basis.
Details of the Acquisition
The disclosure, made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, details the transaction that occurred on 11.09.2026. Before the acquisition, the promoter group held a total of 52,35,764 shares, representing 17.44% of the total equity share capital. Following the acquisition of 19,00,000 shares, their total holding increased to 71,35,764 shares, which now constitutes 22.36% of the company’s total voting capital.
