Statutory and Cost Auditing Appointments
The Board has officially approved the re-appointment of S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, covering the period from the 41st AGM through the 46th AGM (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31). Additionally, Chandra Wadhwa & Co. has been re-appointed as Cost Auditors for the 2026-27 financial year to oversee cost management and compliance.
Transfer Pricing and Internal Audit Partnerships
For financial transparency in inter-company transactions, BDO India Services Pvt Ltd has been re-appointed to manage Transfer Pricing for the 2025-26 financial year. To ensure rigorous internal control, the company has retained two major firms: Grant Thornton Bharat LLP will serve as Internal Auditor for key units including SSD, WHD, EME, SMAD, and DCD plants.
