Minda Corporation has unveiled robust financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027 (ended June 30, 2026). The company’s consolidated revenue reached ₹1,846 crore, marking a substantial year-on-year growth of 33.2%. This impressive performance underscores the company’s expanding market presence and effective strategy execution.
Key Financial Highlights
The company reported an EBITDA of ₹212 crore for the quarter, with an improved EBITDA margin of 11.5%, an increase of 19 basis points compared to the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a remarkable surge of 235.0% to ₹237 crore, with a margin of 12.8%. Following these positive results, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹206 crore, demonstrating a significant 215.8% year-on-year growth, with a PAT margin of 11.2%.

Minda Corporation’s operational front demonstrated strong growth, driven by its product portfolio, customer additions, and focus on premium products. The company continues to invest in strategic partnerships and new product development across its group companies, including Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems Private Limited and Minda HCMF Technologies Private Limited, to support its business expansion.
Furthermore, the company has advanced its integration of Minda VAST into Minda Corporation, strengthening its vehicle segment and expanding its vehicle access systems portfolio.
