Total income for the fiscal year reached ₹3,181.16 lakhs, up from ₹2,371.29 lakhs in FY 2024-25.
Profitability and Earnings Per Share
Profit before tax for the year stood at ₹703.48 lakhs, compared to ₹740.37 lakhs in the prior year. The net profit after tax for FY 2025-26 was ₹522.29 lakhs, a decrease from ₹550.30 lakhs in FY 2024-25. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the year were ₹5.49, down from ₹7.30 in the previous year. This moderation in profit margins was attributed to input-cost movements in petrochemical and pigment-linked feedstocks.
Initial Public Offer and Share Capital
During FY 2025-26, the Company completed its Initial Public Offer (IPO) and its equity shares were listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited on August 6, 2025. This move raised fresh capital, strengthening the company’s net-worth and liquidity position. The net worth increased to ₹4,126.79 lakhs as of March 31, 2026, compared to ₹1,706.06 lakhs in the previous year. The company also issued and allotted 30,08,000 equity shares as part of the IPO.
