The company reported a total income of ₹8,007.66 lakhs, marking a 19.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹844.26 lakhs, reflecting a substantial improvement in profitability.

Max Estates Limited has officially disclosed its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the financial year ending June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors reviewed and approved these results on August 14, 2026, following a limited review by the statutory auditors.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)

The consolidated financial statement reveals a robust performance for the quarter. Total income reached ₹8,007.66 lakhs, a significant rise from the ₹6,700.13 lakhs reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This represents an impressive growth of approximately 19.6% year-on-year.

Expenses for the quarter were reported at ₹6,868.88 lakhs. This resulted in a Profit/(Loss) before tax of ₹1,138.78 lakhs. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹303.46 lakhs, the company posted a Profit for the period of ₹835.32 lakhs.

Comprehensive Income and EPS

Total comprehensive income/(loss) for the period, net of tax, stood at ₹844.26 lakhs. This figure is attributable to the equity holders of the parent company (₹488.80 lakhs) and non-controlling interest (₹355.46 lakhs). The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹0.51 on a basic and diluted basis.

Subsidiary Performance

The consolidated results encompass the financial performance of Max Estates Limited and its subsidiaries. These include entities such as Max Towers Private Limited, Max Assets Services Limited, and Max Estates Gurgaon Limited, among others. The report details the inclusion of 12 subsidiaries in the consolidated financial information.

Employee Stock Options

In a separate note, the company provided details on its Employee Stock Option Plan 2023. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, 2,71,666 options were granted, and 51,787 shares were issued against exercised options.

QIP Proceeds Utilization

The company also provided an update on the utilization of Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) proceeds. As of September 3, 2024, approximately ₹77,957.55 lakhs (net of expenses) had been received. The majority of these funds have been allocated towards the acquisition of land and land development rights (₹64,606.00 lakhs utilized).
