Before joining Mastek, Gajwani successfully scaled the Europe business unit at LTM Limited into a high-growth strategic vertical. Throughout his 28-year career, he has held key leadership positions, including roles at Cybage, where he integrated sales, delivery, and marketing functions to drive organizational expansion. His track record includes delivering sustained double-digit growth and managing complex, multi-sector client relationships.
Leadership Transition
Gajwani succeeds the outgoing COO, Prameela Kalive, who has been a central figure in Mastek’s growth and culture. To ensure a smooth leadership handover, Kalive will remain with the company through the end of June 2026. CEO Umang Nahata noted that Gajwani’s focus on operational excellence and customer-centricity will be instrumental in the next phase of the company’s evolution as it continues to expand its enterprise AI and digital services footprint globally.
