Financial Performance Highlights

For the fiscal year 2025-26, Marico Limited demonstrated robust growth, with consolidated revenue from operations rising to ₹13,611 crore compared to ₹10,831 crore in the previous fiscal year. Net profit for the period stood at ₹1,813 crore, reflecting a solid trajectory in profitability. During the Q4 (Jan-Mar 2026) quarter, the company recorded a revenue of ₹3,333 crore.

Strategic Acquisitions and Portfolio Expansion

Marico continues to expand its footprint in the consumer wellness category. During the year, the company made several key strategic moves:

  • Acquired a 93.27% stake in Zea Maize Private Limited (4700BC) as of January 29, 2026.
  • Secured a 60% stake in Cosmix Wellness Private Limited effective February 5, 2026.
  • Increased its stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals (Plix) to 60% on a fully diluted basis.
  • Successfully completed the acquisition of True Elements (HW Wellness Solutions) to reach 100% ownership.

Dividend and Annual General Meeting

Reflecting confidence in its financial health, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share of face value Re. 1. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to be held on August 6, 2026. The record date for the dividend eligibility has been set for July 30, 2026, with the expected payout on or before September 5, 2026.
