Mankind Pharma: Releases 28,280 BSVL Shares After Security Realignment

Mankind Pharma has completed the realignment of security cover for its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This involved creating a revised security in favour of the Debenture Trustee over tangible and intangible assets. As a consequence, the company has released 28,280 equity shares of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (“BSVL”), representing 38.68% of BSVL’s paid-up equity capital. The revised security cover is now 1.26 times the outstanding NCD amount.

Security Cover Realignment Completed

Mankind Pharma Limited announced the successful completion of a realignment of its security cover concerning its existing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) bearing ISIN Nos. INE634S07025 and INE634S07033. This action follows board approval and subsequent receipt of requisite approvals from NCD holders and BSE Limited on July 13, 2026, and July 21, 2026, respectively.

Release of Pledged Shares

In accordance with the terms of the Debenture Trust Deed(s) and applicable SEBI regulations, Mankind Pharma has created a revised security in favour of the Debenture Trustee, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited. This revised security covers the tangible and intangible assets of the Company and its subsidiaries. Consequently, the pledge on 28,280 equity shares of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (“BSVL”) has been released on August 17, 2026. These shares constituted 38.68% of the paid-up equity share capital of BSVL.

Revised Security and NCD Coverage

The newly established revised security cover is now equivalent to 1.26 times the amount of outstanding NCDs as of the announcement date. Following this release, there are now no shares of BSV under pledge for the NCDs.
