Man Infraconstruction: Associate MICL Realty LLP to be Struck Off

Man Infraconstruction Limited has announced that its associate, MICL Realty LLP, has applied to the Registrar of Companies to voluntarily strike off its name from the register. The move signifies a restructuring and simplification of the company’s corporate holdings.

Associate LLP Seeks Voluntary Strike-Off

Man Infraconstruction Limited has disclosed that its associate entity, MICL Realty LLP, has initiated the process for voluntary strike-off. The application has been made to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. This action follows the successful completion of the LLP’s real estate project and a period of sustained inactivity.

Rationale for Strike-Off

MICL Realty LLP has reportedly been inoperative, without any business operations or commercial activities, for a continuous period exceeding four financial years. Furthermore, the LLP has no outstanding assets or liabilities and no intention to pursue future business. Consequently, the partners have mutually agreed to voluntarily delist the LLP from the register. This decision leads to MICL Realty LLP ceasing to be an associate of Man Infraconstruction Limited.
