The company announced that a Final Award was passed on July 27, 2026, and the certified copy of the order was received on the same day. Mahindra Lifespaces has stated that the mutually agreed obligations are to be completed by the end of September 2026. Importantly, the company has assured stakeholders that the settlement has no material impact on its financial position, beyond the agreed conditions between the parties.
