Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27 vs. Q1 FY26)
The company reported robust revenue figures, with total revenues reaching ₹2,371.71 crore in Q1 FY27, a significant increase of 13.95% compared to ₹2,081.38 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26). However, Gross Profit saw a decrease of 17.16% year-on-year, falling to ₹639.24 crore from ₹771.67 crore. EBITDA experienced a substantial decline of 31.50%, from ₹500.71 crore in Q1 FY26 to ₹342.98 crore in Q1 FY27. Consequently, EBIDTA Margins contracted to 14.46% from 24.06% in the prior year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) decreased by 40.06% to ₹259.07 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) also fell by 39.39% to ₹193.70 crore.
Quarter-on-Quarter Performance (Q1 FY27 vs. Q4 FY26)
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenues for Q1 FY27 increased by 15.62% to ₹2,371.71 crore, up from ₹2,051.22 crore in Q4 FY26. Gross Profit also improved by 12.10% to ₹639.24 crore. EBITDA showed a significant uplift of 31.74%, reaching ₹342.98 crore from ₹260.34 crore. EBIDTA Margins improved to 14.46% from 12.69% in the preceding quarter. PBT surged by 45.15% to ₹259.07 crore, and PAT saw a considerable increase of 46.83% to ₹193.70 crore.
Balance Sheet Snapshot (As at March 31, 2026 vs. March 31, 2025)
Total Assets grew to ₹8,965 crore as of March 31, 2026, from ₹8,284 crore in the previous year. Non-current assets increased to ₹7,135 crore from ₹6,355 crore, driven by property, plant, and equipment additions. Current assets stood at ₹1,831 crore. On the liabilities side, total equity and liabilities amounted to ₹8,965 crore. Total Equity increased to ₹2,531 crore from ₹2,406 crore, while Total Liabilities were ₹6,434 crore.

Gas Sales Revenues (Net) in Q1 FY27 were ₹54.35/SCM, up from ₹51.02/SCM in Q1 FY26 and ₹48.45/SCM in Q4 FY26. Gas Cost stood at ₹39.85/SCM in Q1 FY27. Gross Profit (Gas Sales Less Gas Cost) was ₹14.50/SCM in Q1 FY27, down from ₹18.82/SCM in Q1 FY26 but up from ₹13.35/SCM in Q4 FY26. EBIDTA was ₹7.91/SCM in Q1 FY27.
Volumes (MMSCMD)
CNG volumes for Q1 FY27 were 3.496 MMSCMD, an increase from 3.349 MMSCMD in Q4 FY26 and 3.185 MMSCMD in Q1 FY26. D-PNG volumes stood at 0.623 MMSCMD in Q1 FY27. Industrial and Commercial volumes were 0.648 MMSCMD in Q1 FY27. Total volumes reached 4.766 MMSCMD in Q1 FY27.
