This follows the conclusion of the second consecutive five-year term served by the current auditors, B S R & Co. LLP. Terms of Appointment
The proposed appointment of Deloitte is for an initial term of five consecutive years. The firm is slated to commence its duties from the conclusion of the Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will hold office until the conclusion of the Forty-Ninth AGM. The formal appointment remains subject to the final approval of shareholders during the next AGM.
