Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.50/- per equity share (representing 275% on a face value of ₹2/- each) for the Financial Year 2025-26. This proposed dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
