The target entities, which generated annual revenues of EUR 469 million in 2025, will provide LTM with enhanced domain expertise and a regional delivery presence in Romania and Portugal.
Strategic Synergy
This transaction is part of a broader 360° partnership with Randstad. Beyond the acquisition, the collaboration includes a five-year IT services agreement to accelerate AI-enabled transformation for Randstad’s India Global Capability Center. Furthermore, LTM will leverage a strategic talent Managed Service Provider (MSP) arrangement to support its expanding global workforce.
Financial and Execution Details
The deal is structured as a cash-based transaction with an enterprise valuation of up to EUR 160 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The integration process is currently underway, with the parties initiating mandatory information-consultation workflows with regional Works Councils. Subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions, the company expects the acquisition to be finalized by Q3 (October-December) of FY27.
