LTM: Launches ‘GCC Origin’ for Next-Gen Global Capability Centers

LTM has launched GCC Origin, a new, independently operated business unit designed to help enterprises establish, operate, and transform Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This unit leverages LTM’s Al-centric capabilities and BlueVerse™ platform to offer integrated services across strategy, talent, technology, and operations, aiming to create Al-native GCCs for clients.

LTM Launches GCC Origin Unit

LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group Company, announced the launch of GCC Origin, a dedicated business unit focused on assisting enterprises in establishing, operating, scaling, and transforming their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This strategic move aligns with the evolving needs of enterprises in the Al era, emphasizing greater scale, speed, and integration.

Integrated Service Model for GCCs

Operating as a standalone entity within LTM, GCC Origin will be led by Shailendra Singh, reporting to CEO and Managing Director Venu Lambu. The unit integrates strategy, Al, technology, talent, infrastructure, operations, and ecosystem partnerships under one model. It offers services ranging from site selection and workplace setup to operational readiness and turnkey facilities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. The offering is powered by LTM’s agentic Al ecosystem, BlueVerse™, to build new GCCs and modernize existing ones with an Al-native design.

“The role of the GCC has changed. Enterprises no longer set them up to cut costs, they want them to create value from day one and to own capabilities that shape the business. Increasingly, that means AI. GCC Origin is built for that shift, helping enterprises create GCCs that are agentic by design. Its modular model lets clients build, operate and transform GCCs around their priorities, accelerating the path from setup to business value,” said Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTM.
