L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has inaugurated its first Engineering Intelligence Center of Excellence (EI CoE) in Munich, Germany. This strategic facility aims to accelerate applied AI adoption and innovation across the mobility, sustainability, and technology sectors. By leveraging deep-tech and generative AI, the center will support over 4,500 engineers in the region, helping global clients transform industrial products and manufacturing processes through cutting-edge intelligent solutions.

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) officially opened its first Engineering Intelligence Center of Excellence (EI CoE) in Munich, Germany, on May 20, 2026. This new facility is designed to serve as a collaborative hub for clients across the mobility, industrial, and technology sectors, fostering innovation in software-defined products and predictive operations.

Strategic Focus on AI Integration

The Munich center integrates deep domain engineering expertise with advanced technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and edge intelligence. The initiative is a cornerstone of LTTS’s commitment to industrial transformation, moving beyond AI experimentation toward scalable, real-world applications. Highlighting this dedication to innovation, the company has filed over 237 patents in the fields of AI and GenAI during the current fiscal year.

With a growing presence in Europe, LTTS currently serves over 60 clients across the continent, supported by a workforce of more than 4,500 engineers.
