Lodha Developers Limited (formerly Macrotech Developers Limited) has officially informed stakeholders about key changes within its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). These decisions, approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are set to take effect from September 1, 2026.
Personnel Adjustments and Roles
In a significant development, Mr. Kunal Gandhi, who currently serves as the Regional CEO for Pune, will be categorized as an SMP. This change is described as a ‘Role elevation’, indicating an expanded scope or increased responsibility for Mr. Gandhi within the company’s senior leadership structure.
Concurrently, Mr. Tikam Jain, CEO- Pune, will no longer be categorized as SMP. This transition is attributed to an organizational restructuring within the company, leading Mr. Jain to move into an operational role. This signifies a strategic realignment of leadership responsibilities to better suit the company’s evolving operational needs.
Background of Mr. Kunal Gandhi
Mr. Kunal Gandhi brings extensive experience to his role. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Bombay and a PGP degree from IIM Ahmedabad. His professional background spans over 20 years in corporate strategy, regional growth, and entrepreneurship. He joined Lodha in 2018 and has held key positions, including leading Corporate Strategy, overseeing Customer Strategy in the Pune region, and serving as Dy. Regional CEO- Pune from 2023. Prior to Lodha, he was the Founder and CEO of Logic Roots.
The company has provided detailed information as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, enclosed as Annexure – A, for these changes in its Senior Management Personnel.
