The Board of Directors has approved significant strategic growth initiatives. This includes the acquisition of an equity stake in an entity in Papua New Guinea by the wholly-owned subsidiary, Lloyds Global Resources FZCO. This move is designed to support long-term cooperation and mining agreements at the Panguna Mine. Furthermore, the company has secured an enabling approval for the issuance of non-convertible debentures up to ₹2,500 crore in one or more tranches, alongside an immediate approved issuance of ₹700 crore on a private placement basis.
