On a standalone basis, revenue from operations increased by 39.22% to ₹1,052.22 crore from ₹755.78 crore in FY 2024-25. This growth was driven by accelerated project execution across the steel, industrial, and engineering segments, supported by improved conversion of the order book into revenues.

EBITDA and Profitability

EBITDA increased by 29.53% to ₹188.12 crore, while Profit Before Tax rose by 24.13% to ₹161.38 crore. Profit After Tax stood at ₹118.27 crore, reflecting the company’s ability to maintain profitability while operating at a significantly larger scale. This marks the highest profitability achieved by the company to date.

On a consolidated basis, revenue increased by 53.85% to ₹1,301.14 crore, driven by the inclusion of Metalfab, continued growth in Techno Industries, and improved operational performance across existing businesses. Consolidated EBITDA saw a substantial rise of 50.05% to ₹239.07 crore.

Order Book Expansion

The company’s order book position witnessed a significant increase of 502.35% as on April 1, 2026, reaching ₹8,335.15 crore, compared to ₹1,383.78 crore in the previous year. This substantial order inflow underscores the company’s enhanced capabilities and strong market presence.

The company’s key financial ratios reflect a strengthened financial position and prudent capital allocation. The Debt-Equity Ratio remains low at 0.06, indicating a conservative capital structure and a disciplined approach to financial risk management.
