In compliance with regulatory guidelines, the AGM will be conducted solely through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC / OAVM), ensuring no physical presence of members is required.
Record Date and Book Closure for Dividend
For the purpose of determining entitlement to any dividend declared at the AGM for the financial year 2025-26, the company has set the record date as Friday, August 14, 2026. Consequently, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 15, 2026, to Friday, August 21, 2026, inclusive of both dates.
E-Voting Instructions
Members are encouraged to participate in the voting process. Remote e-voting will be open from Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST, until Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST. The remote e-voting module will be disabled by NSDL after its conclusion. Members who have not voted remotely can also cast their vote during the AGM.
