In line with current practices, the AGM will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM), with no physical presence of members.

Record Date and Book Closure for Dividend

For the purpose of determining entitlement to any dividend that may be declared at the AGM for the financial year 2025-26, the company has fixed Friday, August 14, 2026, as the Record Date. Consequently, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Saturday, August 15, 2026, to Friday, August 21, 2026, both days inclusive.

E-Voting Information

Members will have the opportunity to cast their votes remotely prior to the AGM. The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST. The remote e-voting module will be disabled by NSDL after its conclusion. Members entitled to vote, who have not yet voted remotely, can also exercise their voting rights during the Meeting via e-Voting. However, members who have already voted remotely will not be permitted to vote again during the Meeting, although they may still attend.
