LIC has officially designated Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta as the Principal of the Zonal Training Centre in Agra, effective May 05, 2026. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Gupta served as the Secretary (Information Technology/Digital Transformation) at the Corporation’s Central Office in Mumbai.

Mr. Gupta has an extensive career spanning more than 32 years with the organization. He joined LIC in 1993 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. Throughout his tenure, he has held various key positions across administrative and marketing wings within the Western and East Central Zones.
Educational Qualifications
An accomplished professional, Mr. Gupta is a Science graduate. Additionally, he has successfully completed the Post Graduate Executive Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, equipping him with the strategic expertise necessary to lead the Zonal Training Centre and foster excellence in staff development.
