The property, to be branded as Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, will feature 24 rooms and is set to enhance the group’s footprint in the popular leisure destination. Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, a prominent Indian hospitality company, has signed a franchise agreement for a new hotel in Manali, North India’s popular leisure destination. The upcoming property will be branded as Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Manali. This development marks the entry of the Keys Lite brand into the Manali market and further strengthens the company’s presence in Himachal Pradesh.

New Property Details and Portfolio Growth

The new hotel will offer 24 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, lounge, and a fitness centre, catering to leisure travellers, families, and small groups. Operating under a franchise agreement, this signing is part of the group’s strategy to expand its portfolio in destinations with strong leisure demand. With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will comprise a total of 11 hotels, including four operational properties and seven upcoming ones.

Located amidst the Himalayan landscape, the hotel’s strategic position is enhanced by its connectivity to key transportation hubs. It is approximately 56 km from Bhuntar Airport (Kullu-Manali) and 200 km from Kiratpur Railway Station, ensuring convenient access for travellers arriving by air and rail.
