Following renovations, two ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’ properties are being elevated to the ‘Lemon Tree Premier’ brand, and one ‘Red Fox Hotel’ is being rebranded to ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. This rebranding initiative, effective from November 1, 2026, follows extensive renovations aimed at enhancing guest experiences and aligning hotel offerings with distinct customer segments.
Key Rebrandings
The following hotels will transition to new brand identities:
- Lemon Tree Hotel, Electronics City, Bengaluru, owned by Celsia Hotels Private Limited, will now be known as Lemon Tree Premier, Electronics City, Bengaluru.
- Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, owned by Fleur Hotels Limited, will transition to Lemon Tree Premier, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
- Red Fox Hotel, Hitec City, Hyderabad, owned by the Company, will be rebranded as Lemon Tree Hotel, Hitec City, Hyderabad.

Positioning hotels in Electronic City and Gachibowli under the upscale ‘Lemon Tree Premier’ brand, and bringing the Hitec City property under the ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’ brand, allows for better alignment with distinct customer segments. Substantial investments in renovations ensure that the offerings, design, and guest experience match the respective brand identities and positioning. This realignment is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in these important markets.
Property Details Post-Rebranding
Lemon Tree Premier, Electronics City, Bengaluru will offer 175 rooms and suites, along with multiple dining options, a Slounge, meeting facilities, a business centre, spa, fitness centre, and swimming pool. It is strategically located in Electronics City Phase I, providing convenient access to corporate hubs.
Lemon Tree Premier, Gachibowli, Hyderabad will feature 190 rooms and suites, complemented by similar amenities including dining, a Slounge, conference spaces, a business centre, spa, fitness centre, and swimming pool. Its location in Hyderabad’s Financial District caters to corporate and technology demand.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Hitec City, Hyderabad will offer 121 rooms and suites, including Citrus Café, a dedicated conference room, a business centre, and a fitness centre. Its proximity to business parks and IT companies makes it ideal for business travellers.
