The company reported a standalone net profit after tax of ₹2,757.91 million, an approximately 8x increase from the previous year. Consolidated net profit after tax stood at ₹4,030.33 million, approximately 8.5 times the net profit after tax reported in the previous year. EBITDA also saw a significant improvement, reaching ₹8,133.42 million, with margins expanding to 50.90%. This strong performance was driven by a 14% YoY growth in Same-Store RevPAR and broad-based growth across all segments.

The consolidated net profit after tax stood at ₹4,030.33 million, approximately 8.5 times the net profit after tax reported in the previous year.

EBITDA and Margins

The consolidated EBITDA for FY26 improved significantly to ₹8,133.42 million, up from ₹7,003.57 million in FY25, with EBITDA margins expanding to 50.90% from 49.79%. This performance was further highlighted by a RevPAR growth of 14% YoY.

Industry Leadership and Guest Experience

This strong performance underscores the Company’s premium positioning in the Indian luxury segment and the strength of its guest experience, further validated by a best-in-industry Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86 for FY26. The company also maintained a healthy Debt / EBITDA ratio of 1.6x as at March 2026.
