Starting April 29, 2026, users can leverage conversational AI to search, compare, and book flights, trains, buses, and hotels in real-time. The integration also introduces real-time flight tracking, allowing travelers to access updates on boarding gates and baggage information through simple natural language prompts.

By integrating its three core platforms—ixigo (flights and hotels), AbhiBus (bus travel), and ConfirmTkt (rail travel)—into the ChatGPT ecosystem, the company is bridging the gap between AI discovery and transaction. Users can now initiate travel plans using natural language prompts by simply typing @ixigo, @AbhiBus, or @ConfirmTkt to access real-time price insights, availability, and alternative route options.
Enhanced Features and Live Tracking
A standout feature of this integration is the introduction of real-time flight tracking. This functionality enables users to receive instant updates on their travel status, including boarding gate changes, baggage belt assignments, and check-in counter information. The experience is designed to be end-to-end; once a user finds their preferred travel option, the interface directs them to the respective app or website to complete the booking securely.
