On April 23, 2026, Larsen & Toubro announced that its Buildings & Factories vertical has successfully bagged multiple new contracts. Among the key highlights is a contract from Oberoi Realty for the development of seven high-rise residential towers in Gurugram, NCR. The project scope encompasses comprehensive RCC shell and core construction, along with critical earthworks and piling operations.
Specialized Engineering for Proving Ground
In addition to residential infrastructure, the company has secured an order for the construction of a Proving Ground in Haryana for a reputed international firm. This facility is designed to enhance testing infrastructure for modern, technology-embedded vehicles. The scope of work includes the construction of the track facility, internal finishing, and all relevant external development, showcasing L&T’s capability in building complex industrial and automotive infrastructure.

With an order value categorized as ‘Significant’ (ranging between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore), these wins underscore the company’s competitive edge.
