Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced on August 4, 2026, through its subsidiary L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore), that it has secured an ultra-mega order from ADNOC Offshore. This significant contract pertains to a major project in the Middle East, further strengthening L&T’s presence in the global energy infrastructure sector.
Consortium to Execute Complex Offshore Development
The project will be executed through a consortium arrangement, with LTEH Offshore acting as the lead partner. The scope includes the comprehensive development of multiple offshore facilities. As the lead consortium partner, LTEH Offshore will be responsible for the majority share of the project, encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) of the offshore facilities. This also includes the crucial upgrade of existing infrastructure. A substantial portion of the fabrication work will be conducted at L&T’s advanced fabrication yards, leveraging the company’s integrated EPCIC capabilities and extensive experience in delivering large and complex offshore projects.
