Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Energy Hydrocarbon Onshore has announced the signing of a significant six-year engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) framework agreement with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the leading oil and gas company in the Sultanate of Oman. This agreement, dated July 31, 2026, is set to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two organizations.
Role in Oman’s Energy Sector
Under this framework agreement, L&T has been designated as one of four EPC contractors selected to participate in PDO’s upcoming front-end engineering design and EPC projects. L&T will leverage its integrated engineering and execution capabilities, alongside its global expertise and innovative solutions, to meet PDO’s future project requirements. The company remains committed to supporting In-Country Value (ICV) development in Oman through local opportunities and capability enhancement.
